The same trailers that haul your junk in July are behind a plow in January. When the storm line moves in, Baten runs a route: commercial lots first thing, then driveways, then the walkways and entrances nobody else touches.

The load nobody else wanted
A property manager in DC finished a mass turnover and had forty mattresses stacked in the loading bay with a fire-marshal deadline attached.
